Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms apply to use of the Dandelion Thrive website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.

Information, not professional advice

Website information is provided for general educational and program purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice and does not create a provider-client relationship.

Financial assistance

Submitting a question, requesting a call, or applying for assistance does not guarantee eligibility, funding, a specific service, or a particular provider. Assistance depends on the Foundation’s criteria, available funds, provider availability, and the circumstances of each request.

The Foundation may pay all or part of approved care. Decisions about clinical or wellness services remain with the individual and the appropriate provider.

Independent providers

Los Angeles Integrative Mental Health and Wellness Embodied are separate service providers. Dandelion Thrive provides financial assistance and does not direct professional care.

Emergencies

Dandelion Thrive is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. For mental-health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.

Donations

Donations support the Foundation’s charitable work and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Unless a legally accepted restriction has been arranged in advance, the Foundation may use donations where they are most needed. Product purchases from Dandelion Thrive Apothecary are not charitable donations.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security or operation, submit false or unlawful information, or use site content in a way that violates another person’s rights.

Website content

Unless otherwise noted, website text, graphics, branding, and original materials belong to Dandelion Thrive or are used with permission. You may view and share links for personal, educational, or community purposes. Other reuse requires permission.

Links and third-party services

The site may link to providers, payment processors, partner organizations, or other outside services. Their websites and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes

The Foundation may update the website, programs, and these terms as its work develops. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
