Aquatic therapy offers a tailored approach to therapy, conducted in warm water, between a practitioner and a client. This one-on-one session involves gentle twists, stretches, and movements guided by the practitioner. With the water heated to 96 degrees, matching skin temperature, the therapy creates a soothing environment, promoting relaxation and physical well-being for both mind and body.

Soundbath Gathering - 25 Max
Our soundbath experience is facilitated by a skilled sound therapist. You will lie in a reclining position on a yoga mat supported by yoga props designed to support your body in a way that allows for deep relaxation while being bathed in relaxing soundwaves for approximately 45 minutes. Your experience begins with a short introduction and ends with tea and time to ground, discuss, and reflect.
